Meal Assembly Kitchens or meal preparation businesses have been opening everywhere since this concept was featured in Working Mother magazine in 2003. With all the choices available to you, why should you come to Dinner Savvy? We understand the dinner dilemma. Dinner Savvy is owned and operated by Sharon Albrecht (with the daily help of her mom). As a busy mom herself, Sharon knows how hard it is to get a nutritious meal on the table that the whole family will enjoy. Sharon comes from a family of great cooks and has always enjoyed creating delicious meals for her family and friends. This business allows her to share her love of great food with others and solve their dinner dilemmas. We are the only independent Meal Assembly Kitchen in the Apex/Cary area. This means that we are free to develop our own recipes, create our own menus and purchase our ingredients from the food suppliers of our choice. Many of our recipes, like our Stuffed Meatloaf and Chicken and Rice Casserole are family recipes that have been part of our dinners for years. Quality meals start with quality ingredients. Our fresh ingredients and hand trimmed meats set us apart from the others. While we occasionally need to use a frozen product itís the exception, not the rule. Most of our menu each month is comprised of fresh meats, fresh produce and fresh herbs. Many of the sauces we use are made from scratch in our kitchen. We chop our own garlic and dice our own onions. You can see and taste the difference. No payment is required until you come in for your session. Most meal prep businesses require payment when you register for your session. We are the only Meal Assembly Kitchen in the area that doesnít require payment until you come in for your session. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff is ready to make your experience at Dinner Savvy the best it can be. Go ahead and book a session and get ready to find yourself with some extra time on your hands.
